Healthy, yummy and not too sweet, except you like it very sweet in the morning, than you can adjust the amount of the sirup. It is perfect as a breakfast on top of yoghurt with fruits or even on ice cream. This recipe is super simple and is perfect for preparation. It can be stored up to 3 weeks in an airtight container.
It is also a perfect recipe to prepare the half if wanted. The nuts and seeds can also be switched up or adjusted to personal taste, which is great! This granola is also a very perfect homemade gift, since it can be wrapped very nicely in a jar.

- The granola needs approx. 15-20 minutes until light golden brown. Mix it with a wooden spoon after approx. 10 minutes. The granola should not become too dark because other wise it gets a bitter taste.
- Let the granola cool down and but in a airtight container.
