This is a wake up breakfast due to the extra shot espresso and just simply something different in the morning. It is of course not exactly like Tiramisu, but close. The yoghurt makes it light, of course it is a little bit more sour than mascarpone and who likes it sweeter just adds more sirup or honey, and keeps you full for a long time. And it can also be enjoyed at any time of the day, I just liked it very much as a breakfast alternative.
Duration
10 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 8 Tbsp Oats
- 1 Espresso
- 10 Tbsp Milk (warm or cold)
- 2 Cups of greek yoghurt (each ca. 150 gr)
- 2 Tbs maple sirup or honey
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder (I use the unsweetened kind).
Preparation
- Mix the milk and the espresso together. Combine with the oats. If there should be too much liquid, add some oats.
- Combine yoghurt and sweetener and give it evenly on top of the oats.
- Press the cocoa powder through a sieve on top of the yoghurt and enjoy!
